What are the Training options?

During an introductory training session, our cloud advisors will prepare your staff with a clear understanding of the cloud application, it’s purpose, features and limitations.

We’ll provide your staff with further in-depth training on the cloud application, including any unique systems and processes for your business.

Our advisors can accommodate your training sessions in our offices, or yours.

We can also provide training sessions by way of webinar should this better suit your business and it’s staff. These sessions can be recorded  and the videos made available to you for later review by absent or new staff.

When you need a quick response, our support team is only a phone call away. Our support plans include a minimum 1 hour one-on-one phone support each month.

Remote-control Support

Our support team is able to provide you with remote assistance to better demonstrate and resolve your queries for prompt understanding and resolution.

24/7 Email Support

Submit your queries to us any time of the day or night via email and our support staff will endeavour to respond same day during business hours.
