Most business people are too busy to manage their own affairs. We review your personal net wealth every year and help you in achieving your goals for education, holidays and retirement. We can also manage and report on your investment portfolio.
Management Advice-improving your profitability and cash flow
This is where we go beyond the budgeting process and pro-actively help you interpret your periodic reports. These reports include detailed key Performance Indicators that apply to all of the critical areas of your business. We work with you on these monthly and totally review your operating plan every quarter.

NBC Business Success includes all of the services offered in the NBC Business Plus program, AND the following:
Business Development – improving the value of your business
This is where we are involved in helping you with the development of your strategic plan*. Our specific focus is on helping you discover the unexploited potential that lies within your business. Our aim is to help you make your business even more profitable and therefore more valuable. This will involve us in many non-accounting aspects of your business, development, including team training, marketing positioning, and helping you develop customer services strategies and systems. We have invested in special training and Business Development tools as well as systems and processes that have been specifically designed to build your business.
* Special business development projects may arise as a result of this planning session.
These will be subject to a separate Fixed price Agreement.
